Observance of Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd Oct 2021
Along with the rest of the country Swachh Bharat Fazl Ali College, Mokokchung observed Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October. The committee initiated a mass social work in the college campus where all the Teaching and Non-Teaching staff along with the students participated in the cleanliness drive. The day started with a brief programme wherein Dr. Aotemshi I, the Convener of the college Swachh Bharat Committee highlighted the significance of the day. He said that “Clean India” propounded by Mahatma Gandhi decades ago has been an instrumental factor in transforming India. Our outside environment reflects our mentality, so he encouraged all to clean the entire college campus which will be the outlook of the college. He further added that it is the responsibility of every citizen to maintain a clean India.
